You provided a very professional service straight from the start, from the time we had our first meeting, followed up by great communication at all times whilst we put together a tribute for our dad, capturing dad’s life perfectly, everything we talked about in our meeting and with you putting it together in your own words for us was such a great help at such a difficult time. Our heartfelt thanks to you Malcolm for all your care and compassion, and the wonderful arrangements for the funeral service of Frederick Smith ‘Nick’. Firstly a massive thank you Malcolm you made such a difficult day a little easier. Very professional whilst showing respect and empathy, the service of my dear mum was beautifully done and me and my family can’t thank you enough, you kept in touch from day one and nothing was to much trouble, and although I haven’t been able to look at the memory folder yet it’s a lovely touch and very much appreciated, once again a massive thank you from me and my family.

Today we celebrated the life of our beloved Mum, who passed away on 2/1/24. Malcolm, conducted the service for us, and was truly amazing,, He was caring, thoughtful, and made a very difficult day, so much easier, Truly professional, From the very first day we met him. He felt more like a good Friend, and nothing was too much trouble. He kept in touch with us every step of the way. We will be forever grateful.
Our mum passed away unexpectedly after a short illness. Malcolm was really helpful throughout the process. His readings throughout the funeral were spoken with consideration and he seemed to find the right tone for each section. We are really grateful and thankful to him for making the service go smoothly on such a sad day for us all.
Malcolm was an amazing celebrant. It was such a shock that my mum passed away on boxing day 2023 but he made things so much better he listened to us, he put everything in place what I wanted, and even had a few poems of his own he added, which was amazing.

Malcolm met with my sister and I and put our minds at ease from the start. Our Dad died suddenly, Malcolm helped us by listening to us and what we wanted for our Dad’s service. Malcolm was very kind and he wanted to hear about our Dad. This made it easy to talk to Malcolm. Malcolm was the ideal person to conduct the service for our family when my husband passed away so suddenly. He was very kind, considerate and personable and also extremely organised. We felt we were in good hands at all times. The service was conducted at the Guildhall in Bury St Edmunds. It was a beautiful and historic setting. Malcolm was a gentle and guiding presence throughout the service. It all went so smoothly and my family and friends commented that the whole thing was beautifully conducted. When having to make arrangements for such a sad occasion your priority is to make sure the service is a personal tribute to the one you have lost and you want to get it right throughout.
Having Malcolm guide you is important , a very friendly, polite manner, listens intently to your needs and requirements with empathy and takes a personal interest of the one you have lost sometimes adding his own words, a poem or reading if required .

Malcolm has been incredibly supportive and understanding in this difficult time for our family and has been so helpful arranging everything as its quite daunting to figure poems and the eulogy and stories.
