Malcom held the service for my mum, he was professional and engaging. His manner was warming and very helpful, asking the questions that brought back the memories and very understanding of our loss. He kept us updated on everything and even printed off a copy or 2 of the service for our records. It was an absolute pleasure working with Malcolm and he gave a service that would have made my mum proud.

Malcolm was helpful, patient and considerate in guiding us through the preparation of the Order of Service for my father’s funeral. His communication with us was very much appreciated, as was his guidance and support. The service was a lovely tribute to my dad and Malcolm was very kind and friendly to all that attended.

Can I thank Malcolm for officiating at the service for my late parents Helen and Geoff Long on the 27th Feb 2026.
He found the perfect balance between celebrating their lives and including a religious content that was fitting for their beliefs. His calm manner and the words he chose to say, and the way he conducted the service made a difficult time a memorable one
Due to the distance between us, all the communication was done by phone and e mail, but on the day of service he greeted us warmly and made everyone attending welcome.

We are so glad we selected Malcolm to be the Celebrant for my Dad's funeral. He made things so much easier and put together a fantastic service with a personalised poem. Malcolm was the perfect celebrant for my Dads funeral. Dad wanted a celebration and he got just that. Malcolm listened to every word we said and produced a tailored service with the right amount of humour and affection. His delivery was so good that friends and family thought he actually knew Dad. The notes Malcolm provided were so helpful and he went above and beyond with a special poem and copies of the service. So many special touches to make things more bearable and I know Dad would have loved it.

Malcolm recently was celebrant at my husbands funeral, he was brilliant , everyone thought he knew my husband the way he spoke about him, the poem he wrote was very special, right from the first time we met Malcolm he was very caring and professional all the family and friends said what a fantastic funeral, thank you Malcolm

Malcolm was extremely helpful when working with me to arrange the cremation service for my mother-in-law Helen. The information pack was an excellent tool for guiding through what was needed but he readily adapted bits to our own wishes. He took the basic eulogy I had written and turned it into a story of magical memories and treasured moments. All those who attended commented on what a lovely service it was. I have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.

I was put in contact with Malcolm by our funeral directors, I was overwhelmed with his compassion at such a difficult time and his professionalism. Due to such a short period of time Malcolm and myself were in constant contact making sure that my mothers send-off was perfect....and it was. I can't thank you enough. We were so lucky to be recommended to Malcolm by Fulchers. We were arranging a funeral for a friend who had no next of kin so we needed some guidance. Malcolm kindly visited us to take us through the options and with his help we were able to put together a service which was very much in keeping with the life and wishes of our friend.
