Malcolm was extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole process, as well as coping with my loss. He is supportive and talented in grasping the essence of the person that was being both grieved for and alternately celebrated. His construction and delivery of the service process captured the mood and memories being experienced perfectly.
From the moment we met together, through to the day of our wonderful Dads funeral you supported us in every way we needed to give Dad the send off he deserved. The personal touch to end the service was so unexpected and a truly heartfelt close to the service….. we all “had a moment” in true Dad style. Malcom held the service for my mum, he was professional and engaging. His manner was warming and very helpful, asking the questions that brought back the memories and very understanding of our loss. He kept us updated on everything and even printed off a copy or 2 of the service for our records. Malcolm was the perfect celebrant for my Dads funeral. Dad wanted a celebration and he got just that. Malcolm listened to every word we said and produced a tailored service with the right amount of humour and affection. His delivery was so good that friends and family thought he actually knew Dad. The notes Malcolm provided were so helpful and he went above and beyond with a special poem and copies of the service. So many special touches to make things more bearable and I know Dad would have loved it.

Malcolm was extremely helpful when working with me to arrange the cremation service for my mother-in-law Helen. The information pack was an excellent tool for guiding through what was needed but he readily adapted bits to our own wishes. He took the basic eulogy I had written and turned it into a story of magical memories and treasured moments. All those who attended commented on what a lovely service it was.
