Malcolm was the ideal person to conduct the service for our family when my husband passed away so suddenly. He was very kind, considerate and personable and also extremely organised. We felt we were in good hands at all times. The service was conducted at the Guildhall in Bury St Edmunds. It was a beautiful and historic setting. Malcolm was a gentle and guiding presence throughout the service. It all went so smoothly and my family and friends commented that the whole thing was beautifully conducted.
