We would like to thank you Malcolm for all your efforts in making the day go smoothly. It was particularly nice to deal with someone who is obviously very experienced and who could guide and offer support where appropriate. Also thanks for allowing us to communicate with you remotely initially as this made it easier. All in all we were very happy with your service and wish you all the best for the future
