Malcolm once again did us proud. He made this sad time more bearable, with his kindness and assistance through a difficult process. He helped tailor the service personally for us, including selecting meaningful poems and assisting with fine tuning the eulogy. The service on the day ran so smoothly and, we received many commendations on how lovely the service was. Many thanks Malcolm from all the family.
Malcolm helped the family through a very difficult time, explaining the process and suggesting ideas to help make the service personal to our family. This was very appreciated at a time that is always difficult for everyone.
Malcolm was so kind and thoughtful when dealing with my father's funeral. Even though there was so few of us there he didn't try to hurry it along. After he'd been to see us I felt so relieved, knowing I'd left all the arrangements in his capable hands. I couldn't have wished for the funeral to have gone better and that was all down to Malcolm
What a kind and lovely man. He did such a good job at my father’s funeral and was so helpful to us as we went through the process of sorting everything out. He was also very respectful of my father but fun about it all as well so it was very much a celebration of a life rather than mourning a death which was just the right tone. From the moment we met Malcolm, we instantly felt comfortable with him and knew he was the right person for my father’s funeral. He guided us through the planning, offering us advice when we were struggling and made a very difficult time that much easier.
We had many comments, following the funeral. People who attended said it was one of the loveliest services they had been to.
The memory packs that Malcolm handed to us afterwards were beautiful, such a wonderful idea which meant a lot to the whole family.

I would like to thank Malcolm for delivering a great service for our dad Arthur Bernard Legge 'Bob' on Monday 1st July 2024. Malcom conducted the service for our mother Jean 7 years ago and he was our first choice for dad's cremation. Dad would have been proud. Such a lovely kind hearted man who is very supportive at a difficult time. He is particularly experienced in delivering funeral services. Thank you Malcolm for delivering the perfect send-off for my dear husband - right from the planning through to the uplifting funeral service you managed to set the perfect tone and he could not have had a better farewell; so many people have said that it was the best funeral they had ever been to.
Malcolm made a difficult time much more easier to get through and delivered an excellent service at the crematorium for my Mother.
