Brown Fenn and Parker introduced us to Malcolm and he delivered a funeral service for our father just the way he and we wanted, it was a tailored and considerate approach that was simplified with Malcolm’s positive attitude, direction and delivery on the day. As we were all over the country it was particularly useful for us to coordinate all our needs with him over Zoom.

When we met to plan the funeral service, we soon realised we were speaking to a kind and compassionate man who was also a consummate professional. His guidance and suggestions helped us to plan a service that was apt and fitting for the life celebration of our loved one.
Afterwards, a nice touch was the printed copies of the service, which were gratefully received as a long lasting momento .

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the beautiful ceremony you gave for mum yesterday it was a perfect way to celebrate the life of my beautiful mum thank you again for all the help and support you gave me and my family in planning the cremation it was really helpful

We asked Malcolm to lead the service for my Dad, at such a difficult time Malcolm showed professionalism, empathy and care. Malcolm's communication was spot on and he led us through the process. Dad had the best send off we could have asked for, with many kind words at the end confirming the service was just how it needed to be. Malcolm led a perfect service for my late Dad, setting the tone perfectly on the day but also in the lead up to the funeral.
