Malcolm has been very kind and thoughtful and supportive during such a difficult and stressful time. He has been very easy to communicate with and extremely efficient. We are so thankful that he was able to take the service for our family member and speak so well throughout the service. We would highly recommend him.

Malcolm made the sad experience of planning my mum's funeral so much easier and less daunting. From meeting him at my home, to the day of the funeral, Malcolm kept in touch with helpful emails and instructions and guided me through the whole process from beginning to end. We couldn't have hoped for a nicer, more personable celebrant. We felt at ease with him immediately. Thank you, Malcolm, for helping to give Mum the best send off.

Malcolm made our sad day, memorable. We wanted the service to be a celebration of life and Malcolm helped us to create this. From the first email we knew we were in good hands as he shared with us a step by step guide to write the funeral service. We would certainly recommend this approach to everyone as in particular, writing an eulogy can be quite daunting. We received so many compliments about the service and have lovely memories to treasure. Thanks Malcolm.

Facing the daunting task of arranging a funeral for the first time was a bit like being dropped into a strange land with no idea where to go and no map to guide me. Malcolm appeared as my personal guide and smoothly steered me through the order of service. Together we selected the appropriate pieces of music, the pictures required for the service booklet and slideshow, the hymn, a family composed poem, the commendation and commital. He also signposted the way to writing my first eulogy and gave me the confidence to read it during the service. I received all the praise and accolades from family and friends. It was Malcolm who led me through that difficult terrain to that happy conclusion to the journey.

I would just like to say, from me and the family, the wonderful and very professional support Malcolm gave me throughout the whole process and on the day of the funeral. It was just like having a family member reading mum's eulogy, he handled everything so well. I wish Malcolm every success in the future, and would have no hesitation in recomending him in the future. Kind regards Edward and Gillian Olszak

Following my recent entry on Malcolmโ€™s Guestbook I had to make a further entry because after my wifeโ€™s funeral service Malcolm handed me two envelopes titled โ€œIn Loving Memory Of โ€˜Margieโ€™ Margaret Helen Woodgateโ€ which I only opened 2 days later. I have to say I was so impressed as they contained a complete transcript of the whole funeral service word for word. It was so beautifully presented and I shall treasure it forever. Malcolm this was so unexpected and a wonderful final touch to the brilliant arrangements you had already performed.

Malcolm conducted the Funeral Service for my wife and the whole family were very pleased with the arrangements he made. Firstly he sent us a very detailed information pack which helped us immensely in putting our thoughts together. Then he visited us at our house and we presented him with all of the pieces of our jigsaw puzzle which in his calm professional manner he formed into a wonderful service making helpful suggestions here and there without altering its structure and our intentions. He also explained what he called โ€œthe dashโ€ which is a most wonderful way of describing a persons life. Truly unique! We were very pleased with the result and everyone attending said it was a wonderful service which Malcolm delivered so calmly and professionally. Thank you Malcolm from myself and my family.

We wanted to say a very big 'Thank you' to Malcolm for the way in which he handled Mum's service. Right from the very start he was very professional and polite, respectful and warm. We felt right at ease straight away and we were all very pleased with how he conducted not only the service, but for everything done behind the scenes, so as to make Mum's service a really special celebration of her life. Many people have said to us how much they enjoyed the way Malcolm did Mum proud, even reading the eulogy for us and injecting the humour we tried to include in a respectful manner, and really showcasing Mum's life from beginning to end. We are so very grateful to you for everything and cannot thank you enough.

Malcolmโ€™s calm and engaging manner helped us through the planning process and covered every detail and concern. At our initial meeting I felt totally re-assured and confident that we had the right person to conduct the service we wanted for my dear wife. His warmth and kindness was evident to all who attended on the day and many mourners commented on Malcolmโ€™s professional, yet personal, manner as he took us gently through the service. We felt fortunate to have been introduced to himโ€ฆโ€ฆ

Malcom took a huge weight off my shoulders with his calm diligent and caring service. He kept in contact with us all the way through the process guiding and making sure the service for our loved one was exactly as we`d wanted. The ceremony at West Suffolk Cremetorium was meticulously prepared and all particpants commented on a wonderful send off. In person at our home preparing the order of service, Malcom was very sympathetic and warm with a lovely smile and clearly a wealth of experience. Highly recommended ๐Ÿ‘

He visited our home prior to the event to discuss detail and lead us through the whole process, he made it very easy to arrange the service we wanted. Everyone commented afterwards what a lovely service it was and that was all due to the work Malcolm put in.

Malcolm was kind and considerate at all times. He offered help and support and was able to suggest a lovely poem for my dear mums funeral. When we realised we wouldnโ€™t be able to read the eulogy and tribute due to the emotions he did us proud. Thank you so much Malcolm โค๏ธ

Malcolm conducted our non religious celebration of life for my dad this week. He did home visit and helped us by providing an information pack before the visit, so that we had time to discuss and decide what we wanted. He was just so lovely and understanding. He even provided an appropriate golfing poem for us. On the very difficult day, Malcolm conducted the service with compassion and thoughtfulness, and where needed some whit. We knew exactly what was going to happen and when. We would definitely recommend Malcolm as a funeral celebrant. Everyone said how lovely the service was and he helped make that happen.
