Malcolm is a kind, helpful and patient gentleman who was there to guide and support us at such a difficult time. On the day of the Funeral the Eulogy was delivered in a way that felt truly personal to my Mothers memory. Everyone who was present or watched the funeral elsewhere said it was a lovely service.
