We are grateful to Brown Fenn and Parker for introducing us to Malcolm. When we met to plan the funeral service, we soon realised we were speaking to a kind and compassionate man who was also a consummate professional. His guidance and suggestions helped us to plan a service that was apt and fitting for the life celebration of our loved one.
