We asked Malcolm to lead the service for my Dad, at such a difficult time Malcolm showed professionalism, empathy and care. Malcolm's communication was spot on and he led us through the process. Dad had the best send off we could have asked for, with many kind words at the end confirming the service was just how it needed to be.
