My late father's ceremony was conducted recently. Malcolm Jeffery made all the guests feel at ease and provided a ceremony which highlighted the dignity of the deceased. The process leading up to the funeral was made easy by Malcolm's kind and understanding manner. Throughout the planning and crafting of the service, I felt in a safe and experienced pair of hands who made this potentially painful process much less bewildering.
