Malcolm conducted the Funeral Service for my wife and the whole family were very pleased with the arrangements he made. Firstly he sent us a very detailed information pack which helped us immensely in putting our thoughts together. Then he visited us at our house and we presented him with all of the pieces of our jigsaw puzzle which in his calm professional manner he formed into a wonderful service making helpful suggestions here and there without altering its structure and our intentions. He also explained what he called “the dash” which is a most wonderful way of describing a persons life. Truly unique! We were very pleased with the result and everyone attending said it was a wonderful service which Malcolm delivered so calmly and professionally. Thank you Malcolm from myself and my family.
