Malcolm once again did us proud taking the service for my mother and now my father. Right from our first meeting he made what is a difficult time very easy for us. His helpful hints on preparing a eulogy where perfect. He kept us informed from start to finish and on the day of the funeral he did a perfect job of it.He is a genuinely nice chap and would not hesitate to recommend him.
