I would like to say a big thank you to Malcolm for carrying out the funeral service for my Husband with such feeling. Malcolm is the most caring, kind and considerate person and made the whole planning a lot less painful for me. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The memory packs were a very nice idea too. We as a family would like to thank you Malcolm, you are a very kind person.
