From the moment we met Malcolm, we instantly felt comfortable with him and knew he was the right person for my father’s funeral. He guided us through the planning, offering us advice when we were struggling and made a very difficult time that much easier. We had many comments, following the funeral. People who attended said it was one of the loveliest services they had been to. The memory packs that Malcolm handed to us afterwards were beautiful, such a wonderful idea which meant a lot to the whole family.
