You were very comforting to me at this sad time.you gave me the courage and support to actually say my own words at Dads funeral service.
I was so impressed with your eye for detail and the way you oversaw everything at the service.
Your attire, manner and compassion at the service was second to none.
Thankyou for everything including the copy of the service sheets and bookmarks you presented me with at the end of the service.
Dad would have been so proud of us all and very thankful for the way the service was conducted.

Malcolm conducted the service for my Uncle Jack at the West Suffolk Crematorium. Prior to the service Malcolm was excellent in communicating with me on all aspects of the service that I required for my Uncle.
The service was conducted wonderfully by Malcolm and at the wake afterwards I received alot of compliments about the content of the service and in the way that it was conducted.

Malcolm very recently directed a funeral service for our family. Having never met him, due to this pandemic, till the day, I was very impressed. He read the eulogy as it was meant to sound. Tongue in cheek, serious when required. We're talking northwest to south-eastern humour here. He picked up on it all. His manner of meet and greet was very very nice. Overall, lovely man. Would definitely call on his services again, as and when the need requires.
