I cannot thank or rate Malcolm highly enough for conducting our mum's funeral an 5th January 2023 . He made the whole process easy and took away any anxieties my sister and I may have had by letting us know what to expect on the day well in advance, checking that we were happy with the proposed order of service. Providing lists of different genres of music to give us inspiration was a real help. His warm and gentle personality gave me the confidence to read the eulogy and poem for my mother. My sister Catherine and I are extremely grateful to Malcolm for conducting our dad’s funeral on 21st December. He was so kind and thoughtful, as well as professional and respectful, in all his dealings with us. Our contact was by phone and email, because of distance, and Malcolm’s responses were always prompt. He guided us through the process of crafting a service which was beautiful and personal, whilst still being structured traditionally. Nothing was too much trouble. It was so nice to have a “no problem” attitude from Malcolm. I would highly recommend Malcolm’s services as a funeral celebrant. We had very positive comments from friends and family attending.
Malcolm did a wonderful job of celebrating my fathers life today and I cannot thank him enough.Coming to terms with the loss of a parent is stressful but working with Malcolm has made the process far less so.

Malcolm conducted the Funeral of my late Father on 7th December; it ran very smoothly and afterwards the family received many positive and warm comments.
In the week before, I met with Malcolm in person at my home and we also exchanged a number of emails and phone calls discussing our requirements, the wording and the content of the eulogy and tributes, as well as the order of service and music.
Malcolm also met one of people who was to speak at the Funeral at her home, for which we were very grateful and on the day itself he even arranged for the sunshine to come out for a hour or so.
As others have said, he is very professional and does put you at ease in what is a very difficult time; so, thank you Malcolm.
Malcolm helped me with the organisation of my Mum’s funeral. His friendly, polite and warm demeanour made the worse of times more bearable. He managed to put me at ease and explain everything throughly. He also conducted a fitting ceremony for my Mum with both empathy and professionalism. From the first to last moments of working with Malcolm it was an absolute pleasure, despite the sadness of the occasion. His caring and compassionate nature was exemplary and the celebration of Mum's life was everything we had hoped for with his guidance and attention to detail. Malcolm's ability to make you feel at ease in what at times are very stressful and emotional is what makes Malcolm exceptional. He is extremely professional giving guidance, advice and suggestions when needed whilst fully adopting the wishes and needs of the family. He conducted the service with total empathy helping the family to get through this very emotional time. All comments after the service were 'what a beautiful service' I can't speak to highly of Malcolm a credit to his profession.
Malcolm conducted my mother-in-law's funeral recently and my husband and I are so grateful for his kindness and understanding prior to the service and throughout the service. The first time I met Malcolm he made me feel completely at ease within a very stressful situation. He was kind, extremely caring, and listened which is a fantastic trait to have. It enabled me to arrange a fitting send off to my husband as I felt relaxed enough to arrange all the things needed. Malcolm was always at the end of the phone which is very comforting to know as he understood what I was feeling and put me at ease.
In the saddest time of my life it was good to find someone to lean on , I will always think of him with fondness as he shared such an important day in my life. Malcolm made me feel I had someone in my corner who would support me whatever was needed

Malcolm helped my family plan the funeral service for my mum in January. His guidance was what we needed and together we planned a service that was just right for a much loved mum. The first time I met Malcolm he made me feel at ease. He is a very caring and lovely man. I am only 28 and I had to arrange a slightly different form of memorial service for the farther of my children. I had no idea how or what I needed to do. Malcolm was very understanding and helped me with everything. Every time I was worried or stressed, I called Malcolm and he made feel better. I highly recommend him to everyone. He made this very difficult time as easy as it can be, and I can't thank him enough.

Malcolm called at my father's house to help us shape a fitting service for my late mother, Pamela Watson.
His warm personality immediately made us feel at ease and the clarity with which he put forward choices for service content made the occasion thoroughly pleasant.
Malcolm led the service and, at our request, delivered our eulogy in a meaningful and sincere manner.
A 'chapter closing and a new one opening' is the brilliant idea that Malcolm left us with as he enabled us to enjoy the service despite our sadness at the loss of Mum.

Malcolm conducted my nan's funeral on 3rd march. What a warm and lovely man he is, you couldn't ask for a better person to guide you through the process. The ceremony was the best combination of respectful and light hearted making it ok for people to feel their grief but also take comfort in celebrating the life that had been lived. I felt very grateful to have him be part of our day.
