Malcolm conducted the service for my Uncle Jack at the West Suffolk Crematorium. Prior to the service Malcolm was excellent in communicating with me on all aspects of the service that I required for my Uncle. The service was conducted wonderfully by Malcolm and at the wake afterwards I received alot of compliments about the content of the service and in the way that it was conducted. Would highly recommend Malcolm. Signed on 14th August, 2019 by Philip Morley MBE
