I can't praise or recommend Malcolm highly enough! From the moment we met him when he came to our home to discuss our requirements he was sympathetic & reassuring, taking the time to gently guide us through the difficult process and ensuring that we were comfortable with all of the arrangements. He conducted the actual funeral service beautifully with his professional, calm & caring manner and what a wonderful surprise when he presented us with a beautiful memory pack!
