Malcolm delivered the most wonderful funeral service for our baby boy, Noah, on 17th March 2021. We are so pleased with how perfectly it went, and everyone in attendance also commented on how beautiful and perfect the service was.
Malcolm is incredibly kind and compassionate, and we are so thankful that he was able to take the service for us.
Malcolm guided us through the whole process, and consistently went above and beyond to help and support us during this extremely difficult time in our lives. He provided helpful advice and guidance in choosing the content of the service and also helped us with making other decisions throughout the process of arranging the funeral – nothing was too much trouble. Malcolm made such a difficult time that little bit easier for us.
We would not hesitate to recommend Malcolm!

I cannot thank you enough for all your help and guidance in putting together the texts, poems, music for my dear late Uncle Eric. We thought, and received many compliments afterwards, that the service was lovely and reflected Eric and his attitude to life, very well. As James said in his eulogy, Eric's response to any offer of help, or enquiry as to his health was always "don't worry about me dear". As the last of that generation in my family (my father died almost 20 years ago) his death leaves a great gap.

Thank you so very much for Keith’s service on Friday, we felt it could not have gone better. We have had wonderful comments from people saying it was Keith to a tee.

We all felt the service was a lovely reflection and celebration of Chris' life.
During these Covid times your guidance, suggestions and timely coaxing of eulogies and tributes was much appreciated. Also working alongside the Ceremonial Fire Service Colour Guard made it a sad, but very special day for the family.

I agree that the service went very well, although with hindsight, perhaps I should have chosen a slightly shorter Oscar Peterson number. The trouble is Etude is, in my view, his best work by far.
