Malcom held the service for my mum, he was professional and engaging. His manner was warming and very helpful, asking the questions that brought back the memories and very understanding of our loss. He kept us updated on everything and even printed off a copy or 2 of the service for our records. It was an absolute pleasure working with Malcolm and he gave a service that would have made my mum proud. Thank you
