Malcolm called at my father's house to help us shape a fitting service for my late mother, Pamela Watson. His warm personality immediately made us feel at ease and the clarity with which he put forward choices for service content made the occasion thoroughly pleasant. Malcolm led the service and, at our request, delivered our eulogy in a meaningful and sincere manner. A 'chapter closing and a new one opening' is the brilliant idea that Malcolm left us with as he enabled us to enjoy the service despite our sadness at the loss of Mum.
