On behalf of all of us I’d like to say thank you to you for the way in which you conducted the service for our Dad, Jim Travis, last Wednesday. We particularly remarked upon the way you spoke the eulogy as if you’d actually met him. And the way you delivered the whole service was very inclusive of us, the congregation and the people watching online. It felt very warm and personal.
