Thank you so much, Malcolm, for the support you gave in planning for my husband's funeral on 16th May, at Risby crematorium. You made a very difficult task so much more bearable. You were professional, kind and understanding as well as super-organised. The way you led the service on the day was just right and all who attended said how the whole thing was just as Mal would have wanted. It seemed as though you has actually known my husband in the way you delivered the eulogy. This of course was due to your thoroughness and care. I really appreciated receiving the pack containing the full script of the funeral, and the bookmarks were a brilliant extra. I would certainly recommend your services to others.
