Malcom was a wonderful comfort in helping to arrange my husband Colin’s service at the West Suffolk Crematorium. He showed wonderful compassion and sensitivity when conducting the service. His reassuring and caring voice echoed our emotions and memories, carrying us through a deeply emotional moment in our lives. My husband would have so approved!
