Thank you Malcom for the wonderful Service you conducted for our father Ken yesterday. Indeed, the guidance, support and compassion you extended to our family throughout has been exceptional. The Service you delivered struck the right balance delivered with compassion, empathy, emotion and humour and received many compliments from Family and Friends.
