I wish to express my sincere thanks to Malcolm, for conducting my sister, Jeanne Ellen Newbury's, Funeral Service at Colchester Crematorium last Monday. I felt it was done in the way I requested - quiet and dignified - and reflected in a heartfelt way on her simple and happy life.' Signed Alva Durston
