Welcome. My name is Malcolm Jeffery. I am an Independent Funeral Celebrant based in Suffolk.
When someone you love dies, arranging their funeral can feel overwhelming. My role is to gently guide and support you as, together, we create a warm, personal and memorable funeral ceremony that truly reflects the life, personality, beliefs and wishes of your loved one.
Every person is unique, and I believe their funeral ceremony should be too. I conduct ceremonies throughout Suffolk and the surrounding counties, ensuring your wishes are respected every step of the way. I can help your family with:
Religious, semi-religious and non-religious funeral services, including cremations, traditional burials, graveside services and woodland burials.
Personal and uplifting memorial services following a direct cremation, giving family and friends the opportunity to come together, share memories and say farewell.
Meaningful, short ceremonies for the interment or scattering of ashes.
Helping you plan your own funeral ceremony in advance, bringing peace of mind to you and your family when the time comes.
I have been working as a Funeral Celebrant since 2014, following more than twenty years as a church leader. Whether you prefer a traditional service with hymns and prayers, a completely non-religious celebration of life, or a uniquely themed farewell, I will listen to your stories and build a ceremony around them.
From our first conversation, I will guide you through the choices available, helping with music, readings, poems and personal touches. Following the service, I will provide you with two Memory Folders containing the complete Funeral Service as a lasting family keepsake.
